This was one of the newer pieces I’ve done. It is also modeled after one of my photography friends. I find that trying out new techniques on faces or people is one of the easiest ways to do so, and one that other people will relate to and enjoy. With this piece I tried to push the boundaries of not trying to make my work look just like the digital photo, but rather use it as reference for shape, and proportion.
