Just like Illustrator, InDesign was also something I learned a lot about through watching online tutorials. Starting with a video that outlines the basics of an application, and then looking up more specific videos later on as needed has been a successful method for me. This guy*** is great at explaining the basic overview of the app in a timely fashion, which I really appreciate. InDesign is often used when creating templates or layout designs for books and magazines, and can also be used for different forms of specific line work and measurements.
